Consultations involve sending us personal information and, often, photographs of your scalp. This page explains plainly what happens to both.

What we collect
When you submit a consultation or training enquiry we collect the details you enter: your name, phone number, email address, the city or studio you are asking about, and whatever you tell us about your hair loss, scarring or previous work. If you choose to attach photographs, we receive those too.
Our site also records ordinary technical information such as the page you arrived from and the pages you viewed, so we can understand which parts of the site are useful.
Photographs
Photographs you send are used for one purpose: so Stevey G can assess your scalp and give you an accurate recommendation before you travel to a studio. They are seen by Stevey G and the studio staff who schedule your appointment. They are stored in our booking system, not published.
We will never publish, post or use your photographs in marketing, on this website, in training material or on social media without asking you first and getting your explicit written permission. Consent to treatment is not consent to publication, and you can decline publication and still be treated.
How we use your information
To reply to you, assess your case, book and run your appointment, and follow up about your treatment or training. If you ask us to, we will contact you by phone, SMS or email about your enquiry. You can tell us to stop at any time by replying STOP to a message or emailing us, and we will.
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with advertisers.
Who else touches it
We use third-party services to run the studio: a booking and client-management platform that stores your enquiry and photographs, an email provider, and website analytics. These providers process the data on our behalf under their own security obligations and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become appointments are kept for up to two years, then deleted. Client records and treatment photographs are kept longer, because they form part of your treatment history and are needed for follow-up sessions and aftercare.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, ask us to delete only your photographs, or withdraw permission you previously gave for their use. Email or call the studio and we will action it. Deleting your record may mean we can no longer support past work.
Contact

Medical note
Scalp micropigmentation is a cosmetic procedure. Nothing on this website is medical advice. If your hair loss is new, rapid, patchy or unexplained, see a physician or dermatologist before booking cosmetic work.
